The sound of a Ferrari has always held at least as much appeal as how it looks or handles, and the wise people at Modena have decided to whet our appetites with these two videos of the 458 Italia, which feature the sound of the new flat-crank V8 in all its glory.
The first clip also features the first glimpse of the 458's interior. Good news there, too - the tan leather-covered, high-tech look seems to be everything you expect of a modern Ferrari.
But back to what you really want to know about - that noise. We could tell you all about the spine-tingling V8 wail as the 458 Italia screams towards its 9000rpm red line, but why don't you hear it for your self.
