A new video has been released showing the track-only 599XX in its natural habitat for the first time, with Ferrari F1 hotshoe Felipe Massa at the wheel.
Massa led a day where lucky (and wealthy) members of Ferrari's Corse Clienti programme got a chance for a spin around the Ricardo Tormo circuit near Valencia in their new track-day toys.
"I really enjoyed testing this car, I think it's extremely powerful and has an exceptional stability," says Massa. "Considering that it has been planned for the track it's really easy to drive."
Oddly, Ferrari has decided to accompany this first official 599XX live footage with a bizarre 'lift music' soundtrack. A case for a 'pure sound' re-edit, if ever we heard one!
