Here is my beloved 07 Cayman S 987.1 in white with nearly 68k on the clock. She has ALL of the drivers toys and the following options:

- Carrera white (rare colour)

- PASM (20mm ride height drop and active damping)

- Sports Chrono Package (improved throttle response and lap timing)

- Porsche Sports Exhaust (switchable)

- Body coloured hard back sports seats (unheard of on Caymans, see pics)

- Climate control (not just air-conditioning)

- 19” Sports alloys in black

- Extended leather (a must have in the 987)

- Porsche Sound package Plus (amp repaired against known issue)

- Rear parking sensors

- Michelin Pilot Super Sport all round

- Running HIDs (5000 kelvin) with projector lenses, no MOT fail

This is a forum car and therefore has had all the known issues addressed as well as having been safeguarded against the engine gremlins. Details of works done over her lifetime:

- Rad/cons replaced and always protected by aftermarket grill (visible)

- Health check at 'PorscheTorque', belt and coil packs done at circa 53k

- Spotless 'Rev Range' engine data, no dangerous ignitions

- All exhaust gaskets and bolts done (common issue)

- Low Temp Thermostat fitted

- Deep baffled sump

- Yearly oil changes with Millers Nanodrive Oil as per Hartech's advice

- Door membranes and regulators replaced

- Brakes (discs + pads) replaced all round with Brembo parts July 2018

- Aircon re-gas (pressure checked) and brake fluid change May 2019

- Suspension check and worn parts replaced, Geo/Alignment May 2019

- Gearbox oil changed Major Service summer of 2016

This is a very sorted Cayman, the car came from 911 Virgin and is in superb condition. Tom at 911v is a man that needs no introduction, they only buy the best quality cars. The car has a detailed full service history and stacks of paperwork to substantiate the work list. This car has been enthusiast owned for the last 10 years, this is reflected by the yearly oil changes instead of the Porsche specified window of every two. The car has been used with love, not sat around which does more harm than good. This car has all the options of the 'Design Edition One' cars except the further 20mm drop over the already lowered PASM ride height, yet it is in an interesting colour. Too many Caymans are silver/grey or black, so stand out from the crowd. This Cayman really is a cut above all others, all that come into contact with it agree this Cayman is special.

The car is on all original paint which is unusual but shows she has been looked after. Of course, at this age and mileage you expect a few marks, especially as she has not had a front end respray as is so common on higher end sports cars.

As I hope you can see from my pics and my advert, this is car owned by someone that knows the marque. This advert is for the people that already know the car comes with ABS, Air-conditioning and airbags! Don't bother chasing up the Traders to get the information that actually matters, most usually have something better to do with their time than help knowledgeable buyers. I spent a lot of time learning about these cars before I bought mine, in order to make sure I got the very best car available that would give me worry free motoring.

I am letting her go as I now have a little one and she doesn't isn't getting the use she unquestionably deserves. These cars tick every box, as Chris Harris has been saying for years, they simply are the best sports car you can get for £50k (incidentally mine came in at £54k new with all these options). They drive insanely well, look the part and are very practical indeed with two boots and the option for a roof rack.
