...and then there's this for about 89,000 dollars..

Or this for 76,000 euros..

I appreciate neither are likely to be as reworked or resolved to drive but I can't help but think that a lower price point for a lower level of work suits such a thing and to my eyes at least look far more characterful, less contrived and all the cooler for it..

Now that I get. If it was rhd that seems a good honest left field choice for someone wanting a little sports car.

And you cant go anywhere without a passenger if you want to listen to the radio, because its in a proper stupid place
Not only that, but the radio is placed way to prominently looks wise! It looks like a display shelf by Blaupunkt.I have this very same Radio in my RRC and compared to actual 90's Becker and Blaupunkt, it feels rather cheap.
I love 914's and I think they have done a really great job on this one, except the front lights in the wing tops.
Quite odd to have done such a great piece of work on the rest of the car, but dropped the ball there.
You would have to have more money than you know what to do with though.

I'd give it 10/10 except for the front end, two points lost. Then of course the price, another two points lost. And since I've always been a fan of the 914/916, that will be another two points lost. Then allow for build quality, handling and performance has to be worth 3 points. Still, I'd prefer an original 916 at the end of the day.
9/10 and no thanks.

I just don’t know who buys these things and keeps these companies going. Perhaps they only need to sell one a year.
I don't think selling cars is their business model. They are a bespoke engineering company. If I had unlimited funds and wanted to update a Jensen FF or something of that ilk, I imagine this is the sort of company I might want to speak to.
I'm not a fan of the 914, but this is a way to raise their profile, and perhaps impress potential customers with their engineering.
Just had a look at their website

Love it, especially the interior. If it's around 900/950 kgs then 250bhp would have been perfect.
Stuff like this is always going to be very expensive, regardless of the engine and I have the feeling that a 400hp version is more saleable at £350k than a basic 250hp 3.2 would be at (say,) £320k.Edmundo2 said:

a while ago 2021 there was one on mobile for sale at 55k euro a very nice one and 204 hp from a 3.0 engine, I liked it, but was gone pretty fast, ah saved the pictures, it looked like fresh new, sadly sold fast.
