About the event

Launched as part of our 25th anniversary celebrations, the PistonHeads Annual Service has quickly established itself as our flagship event. Our inaugural large-scale gathering welcomed over 5,000 enthusiasts, and by 2025 the event had grown into a complete sell-out with a record 7,000 attendees.

For one day only, we take over the entirety of Bicester Motion – a privilege reserved for only a handful of shows. The live stage is the beating heart of the event, hosting exclusive interviews, podcast recordings and award ceremonies, while across the venue guests explore jaw-dropping display cars, themed lawns, and a vibrant mix of manufacturers, specialists and clubs.

Be part of the Annual Service by showcasing your pride and joy amongst hundreds of incredible machines.  We'll once again be celebrating with our classics, modern classics, future classics and modified lawns - and of course, we'll be bringing back the supercars, exotics and rarities, and the readers' car displays. Frequently asked questions

    • The event will be held on Saturday 8th August 2026. The event will be open to the public from 9:00 - 16:00. Please don’t arrive before this time, as you may block the public roads and please driving sensibly when arriving and leaving.

    • The PistonHeads Annual Service powered by Michelin is the largest annual gathering of PistonHeads members across the UK, attracting more than 7,000+ people to Bicester Motion in 2025.

    • We’ll have hundreds of jaw dropping display cars, a live stage with interviews throughout the day, some of the best in the business exhibiting with us, show awards and much more besides.

    • You'll find hand-picked car displays throughout the technical site, with our themes to be announced soon. You'll also find more exotic and rare cars on display along with the largest congregation of our Readers' Cars for you to pore over in the hangar.

      As always, we'll be joined by some of the best automotive brands and specialists. Stay tuned for the full list of exhibitors.

    • Bicester Motion is in Oxfordshire. The address is Bicester Motion, Buckingham Road, Bicester, Oxfordshire, OX27 8AL.

    • Advance adult tickets are £22.50 per person (plus booking fee). Under 5s go free but tickets are still required. Tickets are limited and must be pre-booked, so book yours today before we sell out. There will be no tickets available on the day.

    • All ticket holders will automatically be allocated to general parking. Please see the 'Display your car' section for details on the display areas this year and how to apply. Performance, unique and exciting cars will be directed to our Wildcard parking area upon arrival, on a first come first served basis from 09:00.

    • All adult tickets are suitable for display cars - if your display car application is accepted, you will be sent a separate pass to use alongside your ticket.

    • All display vehicles will automatically be entered and prizes will be awarded by our panel of judges on the day.

    • Yes - we'll have whole range of merchandise and stickers for sale on the PistonHeads stand in the paddock (card payments only).

    • You’ll be able to buy a broad selection of hot and cold food and drink throughout the event, so come hungry!

    • Yes, seating will be provided in front of the live stage.

    • There will be a dedicated disabled parking area close to the event entrance. Please notify our parking attendants you need access to disabled parking, and they'll direct you. There are disabled toilets on site.

    • Event Mobility Charitable Incorporated Organisation will be providing electric scooters and manual wheelchairs for the use of disabled, elderly and mobility impaired visitors to the show.

    • To reserve an electric scooter or manual wheelchair, please click here. The charity asks for a donation of £35 for the use of an electric mobility scooter and £15 for a manual wheelchair.

    • All accessible devices must be pre-booked prior to arrival with on-the-day loans being offered on a first come, first served basis.

    • Disabled visitors entering with a paid adult ticket are entitled to bring one PA free of charge. To claim your complimentary ticket, please email us at events@pistonheads.com with one of the following (all applications must be received before July 26):

      • Confirmation of most recent higher rate of mobility – DLA

      • Confirmation of most recent middle rate for care – DLA

      • Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP) of Daily Living Component at the Enhanced level for Care and or Mobility

      • Certification of being registered blind or partially sighted

      • A recent personal letter on headed paper from your GP, community nurse or social worker regarding your long-term disability and your requirement for a complimentary carer at the venue

      • Access Card showing a carer required

    • Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but must be kept on a lead at all times and cleaned up after.

      • For motorbikes there will be hard standing.

      • The aerodrome is currently closed and unable to accept incoming flights.
