RE: 600hp Cullinan Black Badge gets new look
Discussion
White on the outside and lime green inside? I'm not trying to be fashionably "I hate that", but white screams povvo, lowest monthlies, whilst the lime green is just... tasteless. What about dark green outside and tan inside? Even black on black would be more attractive.
And average age 43? Well that just lets me know I've failed in life, then.

Don't let facts get in the way of cliched comments.
I was in Abu Dhabi yesterday. Trust me, they love these (and every other expensive SUV / 4x4). They're perfectly suited to the wide roads, cheap fuel and low tax.The white paint on the outside perfectly suits the desert, and the inside makes it a bit more interesting. I don't actually mind this spec, it's a bit more interesting than black / black / black.

That is awful
it really isRegardless of entirely subjective opinions regarding the cars aesthetics, the fact is Rolls-Royce (and by extension, BMW) certainly understand their client base better than either of you ever will.

I think you don't realise the main markets where these cars sell tend to very sunny so dark external colours wouldn't be good. The spec as featured in the pictures is perfect for UAE, Texas, LA etc. In sunny countries white is definitely better colour choice than black, dark green, dark blue etcAnd average age 43? I’m sure they do, but the biggest market is the USA followed by China. The white paint on the outside perfectly suits the desert, and the inside makes it a bit more interesting. I don't actually mind this spec, it's a bit more interesting than black / black / black.

Times change and RR has accurately found its market which is very good business ?
I am clearly not part of the demographic. My mental image of a Rolls is silver or black with a restrained interior in wood and leather
Obviously obsolete - times change.
As for the vehicle here it just seems disconnected from any possible use for me. I could afford it if I had to have it I suppose.
Rolls was right- found a new and youthful market.
For me this is a big graceless disco mobile for rappers.
Of course I cannot identify a song by Taylor Swift either

I saw a Cullinan the other day in a grey colour and I really did think it looked OK and would be a very nice thing to have.
Now I have to say that I like the facelift - for me it solves a lot of the front end issues. Also by being slab sided you maximize interior space rather than having a huge tumblehome that leaves a huge gap between interior width and footprint.
But yes they are very colour and spec dependent!
I probably need help...
