What's your source / evidence of that?
PS has admitted to meeting and knowing him as a child. There’s a Jack Jones TV video where he approaches PS in a restaurant where he is sat at a table with the child.

You say "child" but the Jack Jones video to which you are referring was from March 2015. The lad was born in 1996 meaning he was 18 or 19 in that video. So actually an adult.

The press have stated he met the lad when he was 15, and so far that seems to be the only provable fact.

He's a lad that looks young for his age and people seem to be jumping on the drama school photo where someone said "he looks about 11" and all of a sudden it's PS met the lad when he was 11.

So my question still stands - you are stating as fact he met the lad when he was 12 I'm just asking for the evidence because so far I haven't seen any.
It doesn’t need any evidence to investigate, the statements Schofield himself has made are enough to prompt an investigation, there is no doubt he met him under age , got him a job then shagged him, words from his own mouth.

But seeing as you insist

That doesn't answer the question though does it. All you've done is posted the photo from the drama school I was referring to where people say "he looks about 11" and all of a sudden everyone says PS met the lad when he was 11. I haven't seen any evidence as to how old he is in that photo or what year it was taken.

As already stated, he's a lad who looks young for his age. The press reported that he met the lad when he was 15. They will have seen this photo too.

So my question still stands for the third time - you are stating as fact he met the lad when he was 12 I'm just asking for the evidence because so far I haven't seen any.

The lads age is irrelevant

Even if PS met him at 18 at theatre club then got him a job on his show and fked him it’s an abuse of power which is against the law.

If you can’t see that it needs investigation then you’re frankly an idiot.

It’s akin to a teacher fking his 16 year old female student and saying it’s ok, she’s legal.

Please calm down and quit the rudeness.
I'm not an idiot.
I'm someone who thinks ps has - at best - behaved extremely inappropriately and that itv have questions to answer. I actually got accused of being in the pitchfork brigade in the other thread for saying I think there is more to come out yet.
But you made a very specific statement you said it was a fact he met the lad when he was 12. I'm just asking you - for the fourth time - to evidence that because so far the only evidence I've seen is that he was 15.

Schofield lied when he said he met him at 15.

Matthew and Schofield met at the 2faced (ironic name I guess) theatre, either in 2008 or 2009 when Matthew was there (as per his own cv)
https://www.starnow.com/u/matthewmcgreevy/

The ''he looked young for his age'' is too convenient.

Since he was born in 1996, that would've made him 11-13 when they met.

Here's a tweet Matthew made when he was 14-15.

Forgot all that, his brother telling him he was abusing kids and he did nothing is enough for me to dislike the bloke. What mindset thinks like that?

And I think that's fair and is where I'm scratching my head a little at why that almost seemed to be seen as a bit of a "oh he's said he's disowned him" non-issue.

But again that is just another 2+2=5 isn't it?

The lad might have been 11-13 when he joined the theatre company but that doesn't necessarily mean he was that age when he met PS. PS was a patron - effectively a star name who associates themselves to the theatre group, gives time / publicity / whatever to their activities when he can / when asked to. He's not there day to day delivering acting classes and being operationally involved in putting on shows.

So it's still not evidence of the lad being 12 when they met. It's what the police would call "circumstantial evidence". Which is perhaps why 15 is the age that the media are standing behind because that's what they can prove ?

Completely agree, and this is slipping off the radar a little. Why on earth he didn't go straight to the police beggars belief. It's another example of his errors of judgement, of which he appears to make quite a few.

What I don’t understand is that if someone is abusing kids, they aren’t going to tell other people about it. Surely they would only share that info with similarly minded people?

You’re flogging a dead horse. His age is totally irrelevant to “abuse of power”.

Wether he met him at 12,15,18 or 30 is not really relevant.

The press are quoting 15 as this is what Schofields statements through his solicitor say. Circumstantial lay it could be 12 hence absolutely needing a thorough review to ensure compliant safeguarding at the theatre group, ITV and other places PS has ‘worked’.

It's worth pointing out that the young man being mentioned is not the only youngster that Schofield was in contact with via social media and/or Snapchat.
It's unclear at the moment whether or not any of those online interactions progressed outside of the virtual world. It's also a puzzle why that information is not available as yet.

If I was going to have a guess at what his first thought was.
