I can concur.Buy a special Boxster or add ten grand and get a Lamborghini? Errr
On the opposite end of the scale to the Ferrari, fair play to the previous owner of the Lotus, averaging nearly 2k per year is pretty good going for something that has no roof, any sort of creature comforts, bone shaking ride anywhere but a track, and then added a 490 upgrade, because 410 isnt enough in that thing. Good stuff.
Or for a few dollars less...
SLK55 for 10 grand upwards - this is a nice one at 23k

500bhp F type starting around 25k

A nice sensible 4 seater with the best exhaust note ever - this one's 78k

What about the Maserati Grancabrio, especially in MC form - if it’s one of the best sounding noises in coupe format, it definitely is in convertible format. I’ve had coupe and convertible, both are ear-gasmic.
Oh yes! I had a cabrio and I think it was the best sounding car I've owned. From the exhaust point of view anyway...Bencolem said:
LC500 sales have been ridiculously small. It remains to be seen if this will ever lead to raising values. For next few years falling prices are very likely. Eventually its possibly one of get them while you can cars once people realize how rare it actually is.andy43 said:

Can’t imagine they’ll ever go up in value but it’s nice that they’re so rare.
Most common question is ‘is it electric?’. Hell no
