Overview

With a V8 symphony, all-wheel-drive grip, and enough daily usability to make you wonder if Bruce Wayne secretly commutes in one (and after all, Tony Stark had one), the Audi R8 4.2-litre V8 blends German engineering with exotic car appeal.

Launched as the manufacturer’s first production supercar, Audi added some sparkle to the range with the low-slung Lamborghini-based machine with excellent handling, drop-dead gorgeous looks, and, of course, the wonderful 4.2-litre V8, which produces 430bhp and 317lb ft of torque. This particular car's V8 is coupled with a delightful gated six-speed manual gearbox for a fully interactive experience.

And it’s a real head-turner, too. Its low-slung, wide stance and sculpted body lines give it an unmistakable presence on the road, turning heads wherever it goes.
