Overview

The seller of this BMW woke up one day and realised that his M2 could — with a bit of work — be turned into a phenomenal trackday car. Cue the music, and a short while later this dream was realised. The standard M2 was rolled into a workshop and when it rolled out again it had been transformed into a different beast entirely. 

From the outside, you don’t see that much has changed. Apart from stanced wheels, but that’s not an unusual sight on a BMW. But when you open the door and see a pair of Recaro racing bucket seats, fitted with six-point harnesses, and a roll cage in place of rear seats, you know that something has been going on. 

It has seen some use on track, but still remains in smart condition. The original seats have been retained in case anyone should wish to return it to its former guise. The gloss black paint is good, the body panels look well preserved, and the interior trim hasn’t all been removed. The aircon and stereo are still present so you’ll be comfortable on the drive to the track.
