1962 AUSTIN HEALEY

Service History

This is what can only be described as one of the best "big Healey’s" available on the market today.

Supplied new to the USA in 1962 where it resides with its only owner in the UK until 2020. It was then repatriated to the UK by its sole UK owner to undergo a "ground up" restoration completed to the highest of standards.

With the car is a selection of photos to show the condition of the car when it arrived in the UK and then 300+ photos of the restoration while in progress.

The spec of this car is just wonderful sporting a "fast road" engine which remains "matching numbers" with a different selection of camshaft, triple 45 DCOE Weber carburettors mated to a 4 speed overdrive gear box.

Other enhancements include an alloy radiator, Kenlowe electric fan, 123 Dizzy Doctor distributor, polybushed suspension, "spin on" oil filter conversion, Dynamat throughout etc.

The restoration included a completely "rotisseried" body completes with ZERO filler! All new, suspension, brakes, brake & fuel lines, hoses, wiring loom etc
