1989 Mercedes-Benz 300TE 4Matic

The Mercedes-Benz 124 Series is a range of mid-size cars made from 1984 to 1997. The range included numerous body configurations, and although collectively referred to as the W124, official internal chassis designations varied by body style; saloon (W124). From 1993, the 124 series was officially marketed as the E-Class. 

This automatic 3.0 litre petrol example of the W124 300 TE 4Matic (four-wheel drive) is presented in silver with contrasting blue trim. First registered on 4th May 1989, this car boasts a comprehensive history file. According to the previous owner, the third of just four, the odometer had suffered from an inherent problem and when repaired/replaced turned an extra 100,000 miles, this would bring the mileage to 155,690, although these W124’s are quite capable of higher mileages and looking at the MoT test certificated, this could well be the case. Boasting the seven seat configuration, the car benefits from an MoT test certificate valid until March 2024. A fantastically reliable W124 which is equally capable now as it was in 1989.
