A very well sorted Chimaera 450, PAS, owned for nearly 10 years and always very well looked after and genuinely no expense spared. I have detailed spreadsheet of everything done to car pretty much from day one to today.

FSH by TVR specialists. Recent works include new V8 Developments MC-1 cam, newly powder coated rocker covers, new AP clutch, new master and slave cylinders, new Toyos TR1 all round, steering rack refurbed with upgraded hose assys, new burr walnut dash, extended boot bracket making filling up and getting roof in boot so much easier, even rear 450 badge has been professionally refurbished! Other work done, MK3 headlight conversion, upgraded Nightbreaker bulb with boat hatches fitted under the arch to make bulb changing a doddle, ACT smooth bore induction hose kit, silicone hoses, new Cobra alarm with remote boot release. Chassis and outriggers (Replaced just before I bought the car from Amore Autos) are all excellent and regularly treated for extra protection. Always passed MOT’s with no advisories.

Just completed a 1700 mile trip to France with no issues, very reliable in my ownership and very well maintained. Few stone chips on front end but bodywork very good and has great depth of shine. Smart interior with the new dash.

450’s are considered to be the best of the range and certainly they go well with great power and torque. No shunting and smooth power delivery with the new V8 Developments MC1 cam. Car looks great and always gets lots of admirers, under bonnet to looks amazing. TVR Car Club agreed valuation for £23,000, see photo at end.

Will be sad to see it go but I’ve just bought a Tuscan and unfortunately can’t keep two. Long standing TVR Club member so car is well known amongst the group.
