AC CRS Cobra

Redline Engineering UK is very pleased to present this fabulous condition AC CRS (Carbon Road Series).

Not to be mistaken for a replica but a genuine AC Cobra CRS.

Launched by AC Cars Group and built at the historical Brooklands Race Track in Weybridge, Surrey, the CRS origins were that of an entry level AC, and is based upon the chassis and power train of it's Aluminium bodied brother, the Superblower, but with a modern twist as it boasts an all carbon-fibre body which have all been handcrafted.

Specification: A stunning example manufactured by AC Car Group Surrey England.

Finished in Silver / dark blue centre stripe, matching blue interior.

Completed with a very good level of specification including 16" Halibrand wheels, Smiths instruments, matching painted passenger & driver roll bars, 3 speed heater, stainless wipers, glass wind wings, stone guards, handling kit, full weather equipment and tonneau cover, AC registration, Cobra immobiliser.

History: Supplied new by official AC dealer Talacrest, Egham Surrey, original bill of sale from Talacrest, correspondence between Talacrest and the first owner, AC Car Group customer order form specifying build specification (June 2000), 13 service stamps, 2 stamps by AC Car Group under the supervision of Neil Fisher who later went on to found Redline Engineering UK, the UK leading independent specialist for original AC Vehicles.

11 stamps by Redline Engineering UK, service invoice by AC Car Group, invoices by Redline Engineering UK, old MOT 15 on file, service by H Engineering Ltd, Kent. 2 sets of keys 1 immobiliser fob.

Just had its annual service and MOT. (July 2025)

MOT expires 2025.

Summery: An incredibly well kept CRS, fantastic condition with the underside as good as the exterior, enjoyed with mostly dry miles, fantastic sounding V8, all enjoyed by 1 loving lady owner.
