Heritage certificate indicates light green paintwork and a build date of 19/11/1969.

Maltese cross grill/lights in the wings and chassis number 31500567. With only 250 UK RHD home market station wagons built, many were exported so this is a true survivor.

Full 7 seater variant with luxury trim, sound proofing, headlining and door cards as standard.

Superbly finished and rare this original home market station wagon has just been subject to a full nut and bolt restoration on a Richards galvanised chassis. Having been stripped down and completely rebuilt it is now ready to be enjoyed by the new owner knowing that the only additional expense required will be annual service work.

New Richards galvanised chassis

Solid bulkhead sandblasted to bare metal, new OE footwells, all professionally welded.

New doors and new front wing skins

All cappings re-galvanised

All fixings and brightwork zinc plated

New convex chrome wing Mirrors

Safari roof dismantled completely, bare metal respray, all new seals.

2K Pastel green as per factory original. Bare metal repaint. All dome rivets exposed as per factory orginal.

4 Cylinder 3 bearing Petrol 2.25 litre fully reconditioned and runs beautifully. Fully dismantled. Bores honed to +0.20 thou but crank was perfect and bearing shells replaced.

Unleaded head conversion, hardened valve seats fitted to a skimmed head. New spark plugs.

Gearbox totally stripped and rebuilt. New OE bearings/bronze bush, seals and gaskets replaced.

New Autosparks wiring loom and new starter motor. New lighting all round with original style rear light lenses.

All dials stripped and refurbished, painted.

New fuel tank.

New exhaust SS exhaust system

New cooling system and water pump

New cooling Hoses

New steering Joints

New swivel housings, bearings and seals all round.

New axle pinion oil seals

New axle lubricants. Differentials replaced with reconditioned units.

New clutch assembly

New output shaft seals

New Girling shocks

New axle bump stops

All wheels painted with new Michelin Latitude and free wheeling hubs

New master cylinder

New brake cylinders Front & Rear

New brake Hoses

New brake shoes including handbrake shoes

New copper brake pipes throughout

New deluxe front seats and inertia seatbelts.

New headlining and interior trim including door cards all professionally re-upholstered. Rear seats stripped, re-upholstered, painted frames.

Steering wheel re-covered in leather

Front rubber mats and load area.

Tow bar with electrics prep.
