RENAULT CLIO (X65) RENAULTSPORT 172 CUP 16V 2002

Welcome to the sale of my 172 Cup. I have owned the car for around 6 months and purchased it for commuting through the winter. Throughout my ownership I have fully serviced the engine and box as well as tick off a good few jobs that needed done. The body work is tidy and the car is rust free coming from London. It would make for a good modern classic or base for a serious track car.

The car is motd until February 25 and comes out with a stack of service and maintenance history including proof of belts and dephaser pulley replaced at 120k.

Modifications: K-Tec stealth decat back exhaust,(cat not available) cooksport springs, polybushed engine and gearbox mounts, white line rear sway bar, solid top mounts, omp strut braces, pipercross filter and many more.

The car drives superbly and has been great for the purpose I bought it for and has proved to be very cheap to run.

Bad points: It is a 22 year old Renault and isn't perfect, lights come and go on the dash at times, it has the slight gearbox oil leak at the selector that they all have. When pushing on it chinks into 4th and 5th, not really an issue unless revving it hard or if your tracking it in which case it may need addressed at some point. The lacker is peeling on the wheels.
