2002 BMW M5

2002 facelift standard M5 with a fully documented service and MOT history.

Initially belonging to BMW UK as part of their fleet and issued to press with option 902 Press Preparation specified.

Le Mans blue with black/blue interior, full extended leather in fabulous condition. She does have minor stone chips to the front bumper, bonnet and wing mirrors, but she still has her original paint, so this is expected for a 15-year-old car and have chosen not to have these resprayed to keep her honesty.

The vehicle is 100 % stock with no modifications. Total originality, all panels are the original items too.

The car has folding rear seats, all 4 keys and have all manuals, leather wallet and working glove compartment torch, original fire extinguisher underneath driver’s seat and un-opened first aid kit underneath front passenger seat.

She has been completely reliable and a joy to own and has taken me as far north as the Scottish Highlands and as far south as Le Mans, although being almost 23 years old there are some minor faults, such as the boot although mostly closed thinks it’s open and I believe this to be the wiring in the flexible portion between the car itself and the lid. The sensor for the brake pads possibly needs replacing since it thinks the pads need checking, pixels in the dash need refreshing. Recent MOT advisories have been few, with the most notable item being a leaking diff seal. I'm selling here due to moving onto Porsche ownership and can’t warrant having two cars on the driveway, well not permanently!
