Caterham Seven Academy 2016 (125bhp)

It's been a blast but it's now time to sell my Caterham Seven. Often described as the most fun thing on four wheels, owning a Caterham is one of the things any self respecting petrol head needs to do.

It competed in the Caterham Academy in 2016 and was then upgraded to Roadsport specification but not raced again.

This is a fully road legal race car with a MOT until July.

It would make an ideal weekend toy that can be used on the road or track and is more than capable of embarrassing cars that cost many tens of thousands more. If you want to be more serious and want to go racing, the Caterham engine seals are intact so it's eligible for entry into the the Caterham Motorsport Championship or Caterham Graduates series.

Ford Sigma VCT engine (125bhp) - more than fast enough to be fun

Mazda 5 speed gearbox

BMW differential with 3.91 CWP

Narrow track (S3) with lowered floors which liberate enough space for regular sized humans.

Momo quick release steering wheel

Tillett seats with driver and passenger harness (Schroth/HANS compatible harness on drivers side)

Full cage and right hand side intrusion bar

Height adjustable dampers

Apollo wheels with Avon ZZS tyres

Weather equipment including full hood

The car has been maintained to a high mechanical standard but does have a number of stone chips and blemishes as to expected of a track car.
