The Alfa Romeo Spider offers the style and performance you'd expect from an Italian car, especially in its Quadrifoglio guise.

First introduced at the 1966 Geneva Motor Show, the Alfa Romeo Spider was based on the underpinnings of the Giulia, initially featuring a 1.6-litre twin-cam engine producing approximately 108BHP. Production of the Spider continued until 1993 across four generations. While mechanical upgrades were introduced with each iteration, the Pininfarina styling remained relatively consistent—its body lines were unmistakably those of an Alfa Spider.

This particular car is a Series 3 Alfa Romeo Spider Quadrifoglio, which received newly designed side skirts and front and rear spoilers, as well as updated interior trim, featuring grey leather seats and red carpets. Mechanically identical to the Spider Veloce, it features a 2.0-litre engine producing around 126BHP, sent to the rear wheels via a five-speed manual gearbox.

The Spider comes to market from just shy of 4 year ownership, purchased as a car to work on and enjoy. In current ownership, the car has undergone a major overhaul of the suspension and brakes. This work, on top of various servicing and new clutch in the last 10 years, make it a lovely example to use and enjoy. It is supplied with a current MOT, valid until 10 March 2026.
