Part of the Vickers Group, it did not want for funds and was able to unveil three new models of 10hp, 15hp and 20hp at the Olympia Motor Show during November 1919 (though, production proper did not begin for over a year). The post WWI era was prosperous for Wolseley, building 12,000 units in 1921, their 1920s brochure boasted they had not been affected by the depression of the time. Benefiting from Wolseley's aero engine expertise, the 10HP featured a sophisticated four-cylinder OHC engine. With just four believed to still exist today, the Wolseley 10 E3 Four-Seat Tourer was a four-seater deluxe model on the long-wheelbase eight-foot nine-inch chassis. More information to follow.
