I bought the car recently on a whim and it drives really well but common sense has since returned (I’m more into economy than speed these days) so I have decided to sell.

The following work has just been carried out:

• New front tyres (Kumho Ecsta). Both rear tyres are also fairly new, with ~6mm tread remaining.

• Front wheel alignment checked.

• New front subframe.

• New n/s driveshaft.

Both subframe and driveshaft are new parts, not reconditioned / second-hand.

One drop link, track rod end and wheel bearing were replaced at the last MOT.

The car was serviced at 81,737 miles (described as “major service”).

MOT until 25/11/25.

The following are all present:

• Original Alfa Romeo wallet with most books including owner’s manual.

• Both keys.

• The original spare wheel and tyre, jack, tools etc.

The car is HPI clear and the paintwork appears to be all original.

The bodywork is in reasonable condition for age and mileage with the usual stone chips, small dents, surface scratches etc. Some rust is appearing at the bottom of the front wings and around the edges of the rear wheel arches, along with occasional, localised bubbling under the paint on the outer sills (mainly the rear 20cm of the nearside sill). However, the underside of the car is clean and solid.

There are no dashboard warnings except intermittently “alarm unavailable”. The alarm system functions properly though, with the usual beeps upon locking / unlocking.

The driver’s front seat tilt release is broken (a common issue with these cars). Otherwise, the interior of the car is in superb condition with new floor mats and the aircon, bluetooth, Alfa DNA selector etc. are all working.
