I bought the car in April 2023 as a little project for myself as it was something that I had always wanted to own from when I was young. I wasn’t particularly looking for a Convertible but wanted the Manual transmission and the Estoril Blue individual paint. This car came up, and to be perfectly honest, it was the service history that sold it to me. The lady had spent thousands on the upkeep including chassis modification, rod bearings checked and all the routine maintenance these cars require to keep them in tip top condition. She informed that she had owned the car from 6 months old and bought it from another lady from central London. When I first viewed the car it was showing signs of wear and tear, seats where worn, front wing was damaged and the alloys had been refurbished incorrectly amongst other items.

In my ownership I have done my best to bring this car back to a very presentable standard for its age, including wing replacement with OE parts, new Xenon bulbs, new OE illuminated gear shifter, diamond cut original alloys back to factory finish, re-colonised front seats and armrest, painted front bumper, painted mirrors and mirror backing plates, replaced spare key, replaced head gasket and new head bolts (suspected VANOS unit) turned out to be head gasket and a recent Oil service and MOT with no advisories. The bodywork is immaculate with the tiniest of stone chips on the front end. There are no dents, scratches or marks whatsoever. Tyres are branded both front and rear and have plenty of tread left. Brakes where replaced recently.

The car has been dry stored over the last 2 years and I have only covered 4,000 miles.

The asking price reflects the money spent and the overall outstanding condition.

The car is ready to go for the summer.
