CATERHAM 7

Very reluctant sale of my 2002 Caterham 7 Academy / Roadsport due to other priorities. This car deserves to be driven hence the sale and opportunity for you to acquire a fantastic entry level Caterham for track use or racing.

Owned since new and competed in 2002/2003. Shortly after a few track days and then infrequent drives during the summers. Garaged for my entire ownership and the car's lifetime.

Significant and extensive maintenance undertaken by DPR Motorsport in July 2021 and most recently in December 2024 along with MOT, prior to its first track day in 15+ years in April this year. Details of work done available on request - nothing currently requires work. Avon ZZS tyres new in 2021 with only light wear from recent track day. The 7 is therefore in fantastic and perfect up to date mechanical condition. The DPR mechanic commented that it is in better condition than many of the 2-3 year cars he looks after!

The British Racing Green body parts retain some of the racing battle scars, however, and these add character!

The car is 100% original with no modifications (apart from specific upgrades like braided rear brake lines) since upgrading to the 2003 Roadsport series. I have the original drivers seat (in addition to the passenger seat in the photo), the lightly used roof, separate tonneau cover, a spare set of wheels and old tyres, a selection of front anti-roll bars, the original windscreen (with MOT failing chip) and a box of parts. 2 sets of keys included.
