1960 Austin Healey frog eye Sprite with matching numbers down to the original production key. (It will come with a copy of the heritage certificate confirming the numbers and build date).

This is an excellent opportunity to own a very good Sprite that was restored extensively in the late 80s. After the restoration the car won many awards shows and was kept to a very high standard. There is full, and extensive, photo album and documentation of the restoration.

The car drives very well, exactly as it should, and although it's not the fastest machine it's very rewarding to drive.

Everything works as it should right down to the indicators, wipers, lights etc.

Mechanically the car is in very good condition. The engine starts instantly and goes to tickover immediately. The little 948cc engine has good oil pressure and runs up to temperature with no issue.

The car is still positive earth as per the original design.

The interior of the car is in very good condition With beautiful cream leather seats an all original dash / gauges.

The bodywork of the car is still in good condition but there are small marks and blemishes that you would expect from an older restoration. This is not a rusty car. Everything was sealed up and protected with suitable wax oil or equivalent after the restoration. All panels are steel.

I have removed the front steel bumper but it will come with the car (refitted if wanted). It's purely down to my preference for the looks.

The car will come with a hood and side screens plus a matching tonneau cover. There is also a hardtop that is available by separate negotiation.
