Purchased new from Toyota Malta in March 2023 — the very first GR Yaris delivered to a customer in Malta — this car has covered under 4285 miles from new. One owner. Never crashed. Never tracked. Condition is as close to new as a driven car gets.
The owner is retiring and relocating abroad. The car must go. That is the only reason this exists on the market.
THE BUILD
Over €100,000 has been invested in upgrades beyond the already exceptional Circuit Pack foundation. Every component was chosen deliberately, fitted by professional racing mechanics.
Drivetrain & Gearbox
The headline piece: a full Xshift 7-speed sequential gearbox with billet transfer case and carbon fibre shifter — invoiced at €28,000 in parts and labour, available to verify. Paired with an ATS dual metal clutch and lightweight flywheel, this transforms the driving experience completely. Shift times are brutal. The original stock gearbox and all factory drivetrain components are retained and included in the sale — the next owner has a complete return-to-standard option should they ever need it. Most heavily modified cars can't say that.
AWD System
A Syvecs AWD controller replaces the factory system, running three custom dynamic torque maps:
Default/Gravel — 55/45 front/rear, composed and planted in all conditions
Sport — 40/60 rear-biased, the everyday performance mode
Track — 45/55, progressive and adjustable
Custom developed for this specific car. Not an off-the-shelf map.
Engine
RS Tuning Stage 1 remap on the stock ECU — 325bhp, rev limit held conservatively at 7,200rpm. Kelford Racing valve springs already fitted, supporting an 8,000rpm ceiling — the headroom is there for whoever wants it. Also included unfitted: a set of Densoy custom hydraulic tappets, already sourced and paid for — essential before pushing the rev limit or tracking the car seriously.
Supporting: MST cold air intake, Airtec Stage 3 intercooler, 300-cell sport catalyst, Stage 3 HEL oil cooler, HEL rear differential oil cooler, HEL oil catch can, oil baffle, and a Rötheli Racing baffled sump holding 7.2 litres.
Brakes & Suspension
KW V4 Clubsport coilovers. EBC floating rotors with RP-X brake pads. BCB high-temperature titanium caliper pistons front and rear. Alignment set at -2.1° front / -2.2° rear camber, 0 toe front / -0.1° rear. DNA Italian front wishbones with camber adjustment. Full Cusco chassis package: strut braces front and rear, rear upper and lower camber arms, anti-roll bar, engine and gearbox mounts, plus additional chassis stiffening. Hardrace rear trailing arms included unfitted. GRMN engine undercover upgrade. Long wheel studs with titanium-finish lug nuts.
Wheels, Tyres & Exhaust
18×9 R38 Racing Division wheels in bronze. Continental Sport Contact 7 — 255/35 R18. Yashio Factory titanium exhaust (8kg). You will hear this car before you see it.
Interior & Safety
Custom soft-touch leather and Alcantara A-pillars, dashboard trim and centre console with red stitching matching factory upholstery. Pair of QMS FIA-approved 6-point harnesses with corresponding mounting eyelets. Fire extinguisher fitted. Interior and boot LED lighting.
HONEST NOTES — BECAUSE SERIOUS BUYERS DESERVE THEM
The car has no Toyota service stamps — the extent of the modifications made that irrelevant. What it has instead is care from a professional racing mechanics team throughout its life.
Minor stone chips are present, as expected on any driven car. Normal wash marks may be visible under close inspection. Nothing that touches the structural or mechanical integrity of the car.
The RP-X brake pads occasionally produce light squeal at low speeds — entirely normal behaviour for a high-performance compound on road use, and not a fault.
The ATS dual metal clutch produces a mechanical rattle at idle — distinctive, characterful, and immediately familiar to anyone who has spent time around a Porsche 911 GT3. It is the sound of a racing clutch doing exactly what it was designed to do. Press the clutch pedal and it disappears instantly. Under way, the engine note is clean and smooth with no clutch noise whatsoever. This is not a fault — it is the price of admission for a component built to survive abuse that would destroy a standard clutch. If this surprises you, this car is probably not for you.
