Complete Engine Rebuild by Exeter Engineering of Cornwall

Cylinders Rebored and fitted with Oversized Pistons. All Parts Cleaned and Blasted – Bare Metal.

Oil Pump – Cox and Turner re built unit. Deck Face – Re Surfaced / New Plugs.

Rotating Assembly:

Re Ground and Polished / Full Rotating Assembly Dynamically Balanced / Pistons Height Matched

New Clutch Assembly Installed. Flywheel found to be in Good Order.

Valve Gear and Cylinder Head:

New Tensioner Spindle and Wheel – New Sprockets

New Cox and Turner Camshaft. All New Rockers, Shafts and Springs. Pushrods / Valves in good order

Ancillaries:

Carb – Rebuilt / Water Pump – Recon Exchanged / New Thermostat / Starter Repainted Only
