2006 ASTON MARTIN V8 VANTAGE

Unique V8 Vantage with rare & desirable Prodrive modifications. I believe fewer than 100 cars received the upgrades which in my opinion put this car on par with a 4.7 Vantage S in terms of performance and handling and far exceed it in terms of the amazing (switchable) exhaust sound that comes as part of this package.

Metallic Merlot exterior and full Obsidian black leather interior with contrast stitching.

Prodrive enhancements fitted in 2009 for the first owner. Work was completed by Prodrive themselves via Nicolas Mee, at a cost of £8,420.

Pack includes:

- Prodrive Suspension Package: Unique switchable Bilstein dampers and Eibach springs with a road and track setting controlled by a custom button in the car. Road mode is both more controlled and more comfortable than a standard 4.3.

- Prodrive Performance Pack: Consists of remapped ECU with improved throttle response and 300rpm higher rev limit and free-flow sports catalysts paired with a switchable valve system. Exhaust valves can be set via a steering column mounted button to standard mode (quiet until 4500rpm), loud mode where the valves are open at all revs, and a subtle quiet mode where the valves are closed all the time.

The Performance Pack adds 45bhp and 22lb/ft of torque over a standard 4.3 Vantage.
