1933 ROLLS ROYCE

We have just acquired this magnificent example and will sell as a running, driving and stopping unfinished project ... The gentleman from whom we purchased the car has spent around £105, 000 so far on its restoration ...

His description was as follows :

Without doubt the absolute best refurb of the marque... Expense has never been in question during this extensive project... It can only be described as better than factory , a very bold statement, but justified... Over £100k spent thus far and now needs interior trim to complete the task...

All new mechanicals inc. engine , gearbox , suspension , brakes , steering etc rebuilt . Instruments refurbished, new wiring , new wood trim , new glass , 4 new wings made , and the list goes on...

The main task left is for the car to be retrimmed and the drivers roof section to be completed ... There are new door cards and the original seats are with the vehicle ...

This car has an interesting history , originally supplied to the Hartley Jam heiress Christiana Hartley ... We have a copy of the original factory build sheet and a letter from the Rolls Royce Enthusiasts club confirming it was manufactured on 25th May 1933...

The car has spent a number of years in California , before being repatriated prior to restoration...

It is now UK registered again , but we also have the original California title document as well as the new UK title ...
