Is this Omega a ladies watch?

Quite like the look of these 38mm Speedmaster's, see their listed as a ladies watch? Seems a bit big but what do I know.

The Speedmaster reduced was 38mm. That was a gents watch.

They do a couple of lady specific Speedmasters with diamonds etc.
