He wasn't driving.

Did you read the article and just not understand all the big words like "passenger" or were you just in a haste to get a stupid dig in and didn't even bother with the whole reading and comprehension thing?
Proof? (I said pRoof)

His b/f states he was the passenger, but is that proof? I didn't see the Police stating that. This has all the hallmarks of another GM DUI. I see it was caught on camera, so that should of caught any buggering about between driver and passenger (swapping seats - making up stories).

Maybe GM insisted on driving them the rest of the way, so his chauffeur took appropriate action? ‘Forcefully Ejected’ would be the term.

Why would he need proof?

He told the driver to go Round Here on the Outside, and whilst he was Spinning The Wheel George shouted "Oops, I meant A Different Corner, give it One More Try". Unfortunately George was a bit of a Monkey and whilst looking at the speedometer he leapt out of the door, shouting "Freedom! 90"

His driver stopped and ran over to the bloodied George Michael and yelled "What are you doing you Freak? You and I need to talk about this, but first you need to Heal The Pain"

Guilty motorists claiming someone else was driving, e.g. Chris Huhne.

Or- being innocent until proven guilty.....

......bloke has crash.

Don't get me wrong, following the incidents in his past, in my opinion, he shouldn't ever be allowed to drive again but it's still no reason to jump to assumptions.
