Turning circle at top of road, same as everyone in street
So the guy HAS to use the turning circle (right?) as the car is blocking him going left out of his drive then?It would not look very easy to get past just pulling left if the street is only 2 cars wide.

Have the courtesy NOT to block or partially block exit or view of the road from someone else's driveway. Park along the road instead and just walk back with your legs. How would you like it at your driveway? Neighbour obviously doesn't want it either, he's just over-reacting a bit.
Otherwise call the Sweeney, some police people, Starsky and Hutch, and the Professionals, and have the area cordoned off until both of your solicitors arrive.

if that picture is anything to go by, he has to make quite the effort to get past either swinging out far right to go left or going left but having to stop and reverse.

Presuming his car has a steering wheel, I see no problem. It would not look very easy to get past just pulling left if the street is only 2 cars wide.

I see where you are coming from, however the entire street may have drives close together. Instead of 'possibly' inconveniencing the asshat neighbour, she may inconvenience 2 other households rather than her own and the asshats.Otherwise call the Sweeney, some police people, Starsky and Hutch, and the Professionals, and have the area cordoned off until both of your solicitors arrive.

I personally think if he was a decent person he would ask kindly instead of threatening.
Is he making threats at all?Neighbour: "Please could you not park there, it's very difficult for me to get into my drive, one of these days I'm scared that I'll hit your car.
Sister: "Well I need to park there and it's legal."
Neighbour: "Well, don't be surprised if one day it happens - and for the record I've warned you, so I won't be held accountable."
I would suggest he meant it like that before the Chinese Whisper and bias functions took hold of it?

There's loads of room for him to get out going by the OPs picture, he's just being difficult and a right prick for threatening his car.It would not look very easy to get past just pulling left if the street is only 2 cars wide.
See below for my bigger troubles

And some sense
The gap between mine and my neighbours drive is just enough for a small hatchback and the gap on teh other side is big enough for 1 saloon and one hatchback. I've been blocked a few times and have lost count how many times it's been tight to get off the drive requiring a 4-5point turn (cars parked on opposite curb too).
It's an annoyance, but unless you've been blocked on your drive, there's nothing you can do other than ask people nicely not to park overhanging my drive or to put a note on their cars asking nicely not to do it.

As someone who has to put up with neighbours parking all over the bloody place making access on and off my drive awkward I say move your sister's car! Or sell it. Or move house to one with enough parking.
Or dig up some garden to get more on the drive.I'm in the same situation ware i live.
I can get 7/8 cars on my drive. I never leave anything on the road unless in shuffling some cars around, then thay are on the road for < 5 mins. Even though there is plenty of car parking space on the road it really pisses me off when people clog up the road with stupid parking when thay have all got ample drive space.
One guy is incapable of having more than 1 car on his drive at a time, you could easily get 4 cars on there. Alas, when he has his bike out both other cars get put on the road. Idiot.
I'm often faced with this, in that the neighbour has 3 cars. One on their Drive, a second on the road, outside the house and a third with two wheels on the pavement outside my house. It makes the turn into our driveway difficult and more so very difficult to (reverse) out - more so being unable to see any other traffic. Car 3 annoys me no end just being there. What can I do about it? Absolutely nothing.

Buy a snotter. Tax it. Then park it on the pavement outside his house. Or, if you are less confrontational, park it on the pavement outside your house but so you can still get out easily.
You SHOULD be reversing in and driving out : this requires less space to manoeuvre since your steering wheels are in the roadway straight away rather than needing to obstruct the road with the full length of your car before being able to turn ; also you can see what is coming without having to put 3/4 of your car across the width of the road blind .
It is unlawful to drive on the pavement , therefore to be parked there it must have been driven ( unless he hired a crane to drop it there) , then there is the matter of obstructing the footway .
Unless the footpath is specifically marked out for parking on , you should not be doing so and can normally be charged with one offence or another .
Anyway , there is nothing to stop him reporting it .

Do you have a garage at the end of the driveway that is full of crap.
then FECKING use it
I live in a quiet little close of 9 properties and myself and 2 other neighbours use their garages for what they were built for......to put cars in. The rest of the muppets use their drives or just dump cars on the road willy nilly.
PS. If you don't have a garage or already use it for another car then..as you were.
