Have you looked at the video stills in the above link?
You can see more in the video.
The video is even more clear than the stills, the car was nowhere near the Warden and was certainly not driven at him
You must be looking at a different video, the car was clearly driven forward at the warden who stepped aside, but the precise moment that the car passed the wardens legs is missing.

Agreed people must be looking at a different video . The time lapse effect doesn't help but shortly after the woman passenger enters the vehicle it is driven forwards on right lock.

The warden stands in front of it and the car stops. It's not possible to see if the bumper brushes the wardens trousers at this point but clearly there is no impact.

There is a jump between frames and then the warden steps aside and there is clear daylight between him and the vehicle.

So why does the pillock manage to walk out into the road and then walk back to the pavement perfectly normally, only to perform his Oscar winning scene afterwards? I find to hard to believe that anyone has the slightest doubt about this verdict.

I agree that the possible moment of alleged impact is missing, and the warden is in a different position from when the car begins to move to the next frame, but surely there would some injury if he was genuinely hit.

Why did he reman in front of the car after it started to move?

From a bottle half full perspective at least he was only a Traffic Warden and not a Police Constable or MP or Cabinet Minister.

however carinaman has plenty to fear on the basis of once again an inaccurate statement

a 'Traffic Warden' is police staff and would come under Professional Standards

a 'civil enforcement officer' is a council employee and consequently discipline etc would be unionised and come under touchy feely LA HR ...

I take it this was prior to pcn being issued by post being allowed , so the warden was standing in front of the car to prevent him from moving so no pcn could be attached.
The driver would be out of pocket on this as he would not get his full legal fees back

I know that all staff working for the Highways Agency have to have training in risk assessment at the roadside and IVR modules etc.
What part of a Traffic Wardens training suggests standing in the squash zone between 2 cars?
silly

Probably missed because it clashed with the vastly more important diversity training.

I tend to use Julie Andrews (white nun) and Whoopie Goldberg (black nun)....which isn't, apparently, the done thing.

Anyway...from chummies linkedIn profile..

But then the police said no CCTV covered the area of London that Tomlinson got barged over in. Good job there was BBC TV coverage of what went on at Hillsborough...
I didn't know a huge amount about what happened at Hillsborough, and this remark prompted me to read the Wiki page for it. What a tragedy.

Anyway wasn't I surprised to find the liar at the heart of it was a Mr Crompton... and here we are on a thread about a dishonest traffic warden called... Mr Crompton. Different people, I know but what a coinkydink

A colleague was telling me he said his leg was injured but the injuries weren't visible due to the flash of his camera?

Did he get a note from the hospital, his GP or his mum?

Why is it so many people with these thick armed spectacles seem to make utter muppets of themselves? If he wasn't telling these lies he'd be buying some stolen and ringed car off of eBay, or remortgaging his home to help bail out a Nigerian business man that had had a road accident?

He does look like he should be appearing on some consumer watch programme on a TV screen near you soon.

He's Ray Winstone's intellectual brother but he forgot that I am the daddy now?
