however, 'bad'plates are where they don't say what you want, even to the extent of having to explain them! if you can see what they mean then they are okay!

A quick Google shows that Hampshire County Council issued AAA 1 in 1934, there are quite a few number plate "beards" here (meant in the nicest possible way!!), who I'm sure will fill you in on it's journey since when they see this.No idea where they find the information but it makes interesting reading.
