A45S on DCG, 80k entries.
That's a joke.
I know it's 99p entry but still such a wide shot. I'd much rather have 1000 entries and a higher cost.
Yeah they are getting like 7daysperformance now, bit of a shame. Rev Comps still have higher cost entries but their cars recently haven't been great. That's a joke.

Yea 99p comps are annoying I only buy the odd ticket, i.e the 99p lambo on 7 days a week ago. Much prefer the better oddds and buy a few tickets a month with a better chance of a win!
Sadly Dreamcars are the new 7days.
Would be keen to know if Rkings, Storm honour postals? I've sent a few but no luck, i do buy the odd ticket on there supercar type of draws.

I was just skimming through the winners and you beat me to it
The vast majority of winners either look as thick as shyte in the neck of a bottle, or massive council C's very well-suited to the BMW M2 or Audi RS3 they've just won. Needs to be linked to the 'A bit council' thread if not already done so.
I don't wear a grey Nike tracksuit and don't have a Staffy dog either. Perhaps that's where I'm going wrong.

The 911 Turbo on DCG is very nice. Can't judge if the brakes are ceramics or not on such a "mega specification" car, but I'm sure I won't be so picky if I won it
I'm currently wearing tracksuit bottoms, have a staffy sat upstairs and I can't win a bloody M2.

Maybe I need the saggy man boobs that guy has.
That seems to come into play for a good percentage of winners, too.

The colour of that E92 M3 on DCG is absolutely stunning. The RS3 is nice too, had an S8 (D2) in Merlin Purple ('Murple') a few years ago

Bit of a shame it's festooned with carbon tat. First thing I would do is have it all removed. If I won. Which I won't.Edited by FatboyKim on Monday 9th May 10:17

Agreed, a neighbour has a Golf in a similar colour which is amazing in sunlight if a little bland on a cloudy day. Glad to see more than just the white/black cars though Edited by FatboyKim on Tuesday 10th May 10:01

On a side note, anyone noticed postal entries dropping off again? Elite haven't added anything I've sent the past couple of weeks & DCG gone a little hit and miss

Is that a Pinto engine? That boot lid badge where the engine size is larger than the Escort badge looks a bit wrong to me. Were they like that from new?

Correct X-Flow / Kent engine. That boot lid badge where the engine size is larger than the Escort badge looks a bit wrong to me. Were they like that from new?
Badge sizes are correct but placement of the 1.6 is a bit off, It's also a late bootlid on an early car (should have FORD lettering not oval badge) as well as the spoiler being non-original.... That being said the interior looks beautiful as does the car. Someone will be lucky to own it!

Fixed end date and high entry cost for (what I think is) a brand new competition site, that's brave to say the least. No mention whatsoever of free entries on the competition page, so nice and illegal. It is buried in the T&Cs though but they won't acknowledge receipt of postal entries, hmmmm.
Will be worth checking back in 45 days just before it ends to see how it's going.

Thanks. That 1.6 badge was saying Mk5 Cortina to me and for some reason Capri, but I think Capris just had sticker badging on the tailgate. I'm (obviously!) not an expert, but is it dragging its arse somewhat? Either the nose is too high or the rear has been lowered too muchGhostWKD said:

I sent in my first postal entry to Revs last Friday (competition ended today and the last tickets sold today) and nothing had been added, all tickets gone now. Made sure i’d written the postcard correctly just incase. Spent a lot of money with Revs, so figured sending in the odd postal here and there seemed reasonable. Disappointing, but not surprising.Edited by GhostWKD on Wednesday 11th May 14:37
