What a nice feel good video.
I couldn t get all the way through it. The cringe factor is high on this one. Edit: this was just recommended to me. Is she looking to replicate Emelia Hartford?

Boobs half out in the thumbnail too, although I see that one is different to the one I saw when I watched it.

You Tube must pay well if folks are going full time.
How much must the AA umbrella earn and spend on cars, mods and trips while still paying themselves a decent wage ?
Guess Jayemm is best placed to fill you in, I can only estimate from bits I've seen. How much must the AA umbrella earn and spend on cars, mods and trips while still paying themselves a decent wage ?
Another PHer who does Youtube full time did a video relatively recently showing his earnings. I know it isnt as simple as x views = x money but he has 350-400k subs, historically hasn't done ads / product placement. and off 70milion views has had £245k back from it. aid he could probably double what he gets per video if he did product placements / sponsorships.
Sure I saw Matt Armstrong saying that each add he does is worth thousands, and things like AG1, Car Vertical etc often give you ongoing income as you get a proportion of each sale using your code.
So I can only imagine someone like Auto Alex with about a million subs over the main and V2 channel, doing 2-3 vids a week and all the sponsorships is doing alright. Up to about 140million views so thick end of £500k there just in views alone in the last couple years maybe. Plus they do loads of merch, and the shows, and the podcast.

Just to try and bring this back on track...
When she was on the Behind the Glass podcast with Sam she mentioned she'd gone 'full time on Instagram', this was well before she started her YouTube Channel.
I see a lot of the #VanLife brigade 'full time' on Instagram too, as well as a good number of other 'short form' creators. How do they monetize Instagram? Or is it just brand deals? Surely it's not enough to justify leaving paid employment?
Brand deals. You would be surprised what some brands pay to get featured. When she was on the Behind the Glass podcast with Sam she mentioned she'd gone 'full time on Instagram', this was well before she started her YouTube Channel.

I seem to remember Alex Choi saying something a couple of years ago that he was able to make more from Snapchat and Instagram than on Youtube, which is why he stopped doing Youtube and only uploaded a video a occasionally.

TDC were at one point driving like clowns on the road in the video on first cars
They're spinning the wheels out of a junction in a 1.6 Golf and a 1.25 Fiesta. It's more achievement to get either to spin up than a danger to anyone even in the closest possible vicinity614-HSO said:

Which is fine but I don't really want to see it.
Fantastic because nobody is forcing you watch this free content!Mikebentley said:
I find the whole super model girlfriend/wife thing a bit too sickly. It was nice that she clearly had a genuine dream car that wasn t your stereotypical Ferrari or similar. It was also clear that her saying you can t afford this etc showed her as having a very grounded attitude and I genuinely will look at her differently in future.
If you watch the video on her channel you can see her fix something on the car also. A genuine enthusiast. Admittedly watching newly weds on video is a bit cringe, but it's great to see the joy cars can bring - whatever your budget.

Enjoyed the Not Economically Viable episode tonight with the Copart 1999 Porsche Carerra 4, I seem to enjoy his channel more when he s in his workshop and not in the driveway of his house.

Chris Slix s latest podcast is rather different. He s purchased a Mercedes V12(M120) that forms the basis of the Pagani engine and is trying to bring it up to the same spec. 750bhp and 7500rpm on a budget. So far the engine cost £3k
It was a video and not a podcast but It looks an interesting projectGassing Station | TV, Film, Streaming & Radio | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
