I’m musing on mcl ownership at some point, but it would need to see the track regularly. at safe events.

The last big meeting ( in the photo ) was at a McLaren Pure event which is the factory supported track day. They usually run at FIA circuits like Silverstone, Barcelona, Austin, etc but I’ve also done Thruxton with them. You can run your own car or drive a factory car. Not cheap but well run with Pirelli onsite for tyre changes, hospitality, instructors that are of a high standard ( often current race drivers ) telemetry, training/coaching, etc.

The meeting in two weeks isn’t at a circuit but Greystone GT race team will be in attendance with their race cars. What’s good about them is that they hire Donington and Brands Hatch for testing and once on their mailing list they’ll invite you to evening sessions and to track day events via the club. Extremely low numbers.

I had a quick look round your car when I was collecting my 650 from Thorney after buying it.

It’s a good price and should want for nothing really.

Tom was really good to deal with at Thorney too.
