Surrey to take Derby police to court ??

If it's illegal to notify the public about mobile speed cameras - will Surrey take the West Midlands police force to court over their latest move.. ?

What's "Surrey" got to do with it? Farnborough and Aldershot are in Hampshire - Streaky

More seriously (or less pedantically?), I drive in several of these counties - how do you go about getting the CD, if you are not a local (who probably know where they are anyway)?
