What's "Surrey" got to do with it? Farnborough and Aldershot are in Hampshire - Streaky

Midlands Safety Camera Partnership spokesman Toby Walker said the main aim of the project was to improve safety across the region.

Why Derby Police then?

More seriously (or less pedantically?), I drive in several of these counties - how do you go about getting the CD, if you are not a local (who probably know where they are anyway)?

1. The guy who lost his licence, is from Mytchett - which is in Surrey..
2. I put this topic up as Derby Police, because it was a statement from their police chief which I read first, on a Derbyshire news website. ops:
