It was announced today that the IQ of all drivers will have to be displayed on their vehicles.
Those drivers with below average IQ will be required to display a special insignia. This will take the form of a red cross on a white background and must be attached to the top of the rear door window.
Drivers with an even lower IQ will have to attach the same insignia to both rear windows.
