108mph in a 70 Help !

Hi all,

I am a new member and am looking for advice.
I was recently caught doing 108mph on the M23 coming back from Brighton on a quiet Sunday evening.
My job involves driving to appointment all over the SE of England and am very worried about loosing my licence for a long period. (bye bye job)
Is anything over 100mph an instant ban ? or can I plead something to help my cause
