Suspicious activity at the pump - BiB input please
Discussion
I was filling up as normal today in a fairly empty local filling station and a normalish little car pulls up behind me at the pump. Young lad in a baseball cap in it
there's empty pumps elsewhere, why's he behind me?
Anyway, the station emptys out and he is still there with all pumps free. I pay the cashier and mention it to her to ask if she has video and she does. I was going to have a word with him, but he pulled off before I was back on the forecourt.
Most peculiar. Any scams etc that I should be aware of? Something just felt wrong!

Well, if you leave the keys in the ignition there is a risk of your vehicle being driven away. Also, if you leave the vehicle unlocked, any valuables might be stolen. If you toss your credit card receipt away when you leave, that can be picked up too (even out of the rubbish bin). There are criminals out there ... and they're not all driving at 31mph! - Streaky
