Has anyone else had a stupid comment from a policeman/traffic warden etc?

I got pulled up by a motorcycle police officer a few years ago, after a few pointless questions he had a look at my tax disc, it was the middle of July and the tax ran out at the end of the month.
He told me I was lucky because I still had two weeks left on my tax...

Got pulled by Plod years ago in my e36 coupe, one male officer and one female.

Lady copper starts with "why didn't you have your seatbelt on?" me, "I did" her "oh"

Then she said am I not a bit young to have such an expensive car? It was an R reg 318is but it did look lovely. It was worth about £6k FFS.

Obviously an imposter as no traffic cop I know would have been able to work that out. That's why they colour code tax discs as not all policemen can read.

Many years ago a policeman thought that I was driving too fast, so he turned around and came after me. There is a school for the blind not too far away, and the policeman said "What if there were blind people driving about?".

I tried to keep a straight face as my three passengers almost urinated themselves.
