Speed Camera Report - they don't save lives!

Found this today on an industry website that I look at each day.

Go to www.speedcamerareport.co.uk and have a read - very interesting and clarifies what Ive been saying for many years.

Time to rip them down and start educating drivers and re testing to ensure good standards of driving (which can be acheived even by going slightly over the limit)...............

The report doesn't address saving lives but concentrates on collision prevention, something quite different from saving lives. As the author doesn't seem to know the difference and neither do you both his and your conclusions are irrelevant.
