Following the recent fire at BMW(UK)HQ, we are sorry to have to announce the loss of all computer records. This includes our owner/driver database. A consequence of this is that we are no longer able to ascertain which of our drivers have taken advantage of our FL programme. We have now seconded various staff to our roadside patrol team to rectify this. In order to assist this new team, we would ask that those of you who have received the Frontal Lobotomy to please drive around with your front fog lamps illuminated. We will then check your VRN and update our database. For those of you who have yet to sign up for the treatment, please remember that the FL certificate offers you exclusive access to the BMW lane 3 Timeshare.
