Help - Court Summons with D.O.B

Does anyone know where i stand on this matter,

I was pulled for doing 95 in a 60 @11pm on a wide empty straight stretch of road.

Fair cop i plan to plead guilty. But the court summons has come through with a date of birth 7 years later than mine. The officers on the day took the relevant details from my license and i have already presented insurance details etc at the station.

So will they just disregard this as a typo?
