I can see the funny side of that site and the game, but there are some serious ramifications of such things....

We all have issues with traffic wardens etc, but I have issues with cowards. I've seen it too often, driver thinks he's big man shouting at female traffic warden, calling her a 'slag', 'bitch', 'whore' etc and what he's going to do to her for issuing the ticket...

Then..along comes a police officer...driver's attitude changes...why? Cowardice..nothing less..

We have a local parking gestapo who have ticketed a Jeep on Estonian plates every day for the last week.

Lot of chance of tracing them then...

Traffic wardens would take less crap if the many parking restrictions were seen to be reasonable. I know as things stand in Bristol many of the double yellow lines are ridiculous to the extent in some areas shopowners are closing down due to over zealous car parking rules and enforcement.

that all well and good, but the wardens don't set the rules and regulations, they are just paid to enforce them...

It's the usual case...don't take complaints higher or protest in a proper and constructive way to the right people...No...have a go at the little warden doing his/her job...

You could apply the same logic to the SS guards who 'were just obeying orders' during WW2.

To be a traffic warden demands a certain mindset - that of the frustrated sadist - or, as otherwise known amongst the erudite scholars of the Ivy League, "being a completely unapologetic tw@tus maximum."

They serve virtually no purpose than to ratchet up society yet a nother notch on the 'about to blow' meter.

May they all perish at the behest of a Qualcastian mauling.

Yes...I've seen sight of a few such specimens...

I can't remember the the initials PCSO when I'm talking at work and find myself calling them PCOS's which is 'Poly Cystic Ovaries Syndrome'. Nobody tells me about it, because the letters are the same and I think the outcome is a bit subliminal..

Obviously this phrase has passed me by and (seriously) I'd appreciate learning its derivation. Encyclopedia Britannica Online returned no "hit" for "Qualcast".
