is there an easy way to check up on your points?
Discussion
This is from a thread some time ago.
If the Scameraship has endorced your license with a ball point pen, there is a chance (someone said) that they may not have registered said points with the DVLA.
Is there an easy way of checking this?. don't want to ring and ask 'I got done last year, did the points go on?' if you see what I mean!

IIRC, the Data Protection Registrar used to define "reasonable charge" as one or two pounds for a hardcopy of personal data held electronically. I don't remember any further recommendations about a ten pound charge. That amount seems quite unreasonable to me as you aren't expected to pay for all the retrieval costs (if there are any ?) of the data. Unfortunately, some organisations seem to be use these request as an opportunity to make a few quid (subsidise their own staff).
Jeepers Fif, the fings we do for our Southern cousins.
