Blackspot alert on a snooper S4

Just a quick question for snooper owners. Have you recieved blackspot reports from yours? mine has never made mention of them aside from listing my user save points as "High risk zones". I am running latest snooper update software and have latest cameras and schools updates. Anyone know any more?
