Knew he was superman really!It is all down to Dibble! Those speed cams have nowt to do with it!
I'm not quite sure what they measured for roads policing - fatal RTC's up last year by about 20 or so... Forget the rest (increased prosecution of drink drive etc), that's a failure in my book.
