Yes, because its a human operator that reviews the video tape! The laser itself needs to be aimed at somethinf fairly flat and upright in order to get your speed, though.
The laser camera simply reads the speed of the car, thats it.
If Mr trafpol is holding said device then he will probably stop you & have a word.
If its the SCP's then they'll view the video tape of the day record every reg number in the video & send a nip to everyone saying they have exceeded the speed limit by 2mph

if it does then i could put them on a pre-74 mk3 too....hmmmmmmm,project 'slammer' could have another new addition to its spec!!
