Long story - but I'm livid that I recently got NIP for 46 in a 30 limit as I was trying to filter into left lane from right hand lane as road changed to a single lane. Traffic on left wouldn't let me in and a load of abuse hurled at me with threats to 'push me into oncoming traffic' from a white van road-rage idiot ......... guy in front of me who managed to get into left lane then waved me to go in front of him so I accelerated forward just at the point that the damn camera van took a photo! Agggggggh! I guess I was over limit for maybe 3 seconds - ridiculous but no excuse I guess. I should have just stayed back and got rammed by the white van man - much safer.

Anyway, this was reason for asking about video because MAYBE this incident is recorded on tape then?

That a good point, ask for the evidence if they don't provide try the NEWSPAPERS this was a safety van after all.

Unfortunately for you, they will probably ignore the other incident as its not as easy to get the cash from that. After all, we all know what kind of "safety" these guys go after
